Corendon was founded as a tour operator in the Netherlands and has grown into a Tourism Group over time due to the addition of airline companies, incoming companies and hotels. Corendon Airlines, which has carried the slogan "Make a Difference" since its establishment, has produced many sample-applications and “firsts” in the aviation sector and with flights from Amsterdam to Sabiha Gökcen (Istanbul) on 12 April 2005 and to Gazipaşa (Alanya) on April 4, 2012, it was the first Turkish company to land at these airports with a passenger plane for the first time. 

Together with Corendon Dutch Airlines, founded in Holland in 2011 and the subsidiary Corendon Airlines Europe, founded in 2017, Corendon Airlines operates flights to popular holiday destinations in Europe and Turkey and has grown into an international airline with flights to 145 destinations in 45 countries. With a fleet of 24 Boeing 737 aircrafts, Corendon Airlines since 2019 has provided transport of 6 million passengers and occupies an important position among airline companies, both in Turkey and in Europe.
