1. Organizer
The organizer of the competition is Corendon Airlines (Instagram: corendonairlines), company address: Güzeloluk Mah. 1879 Sok no: 148 07200 ANTALYA / Turkey.
Corendon Airlines holds a competition on Instagram from 6 June until 31 August 2022. The competition is not affiliated with Facebook or Instagram and it is not made under the support or sponsorship of Facebook or Instagram.
2. Right To Participate
Anyone over the age of 18 who is a registered user with a real user account on the Instagram social network can participate in the competition. Corendon Airlines and Albrecht Dürer Airport Nürnberg employees and participating agents and their family members are not allowed to participate in the competition.
In case the contest is won, your participation in the contest has to be confirmed by specifying your name, surname and nickname. It requires your consent to publish your selfie photo on Corendon Airlines / Albrecht Dürer Airport Nürnberg's social media channels or, if necessary, in the press release of Corendon Airlines / Albrecht Dürer Airport Nürnberg.
Only users with an open Instagram profile can participate in the competition.
Corendon Airlines reserves the right to exclude individual participants from the competition if there is a significant justification.
At this point, in particular, attempted deception and manipulation of the contest or disruption of the contest are considered an important justification.
The participant who uploads photos for the contest guarantees that the content of photographs does not violate applicable laws or the rights of third parties, that it will not lead to such a violation by submitting, publishing or using such photographs.
3. Joining
Any participant who follows the @corendonairlines official account, uploads a photo taken in front of the graffiti painting at Albrecht Dürer Airport Nürnberg with the hashtag #fromNUEtothesun and tags their @corendonairlines account to the post can win the contest.
Participation in the competition is free.
4. Award
The three winners of the competition will be awarded "round-trip flights (economic tariff) for 2 people from Albrecht Dürer Airport Nürnberg to an existing destination of Corendon Airlines".
The prize is just a plane ticket. Additional costs such as transportation, visa, city transportation, city taxes, travel insurance, and terminal fees associated with the use of the award will be borne by the winners.
5. Determination Of Winners
The three winners will be determined by a drawing among all participants in the competition in accordance with the Terms and Conditions specified in articles 2 and 3. The winners of the competition will be determined within three working days after the end of participation in the competition.
6. Announcement of winners and award
One winner will be drawn in June 2022, one in July 2022 and one in August 2022. Winners will be drawn monthly until the middle of the following month.
Winners will be informed about the prize via direct message (DM). The winners must then forward their contact information (first and last name, e-mail address) to Corendon Airlines via DM.
If such information is not communicated within three days, Corendon Airlines reserves the right to choose a new winner and re-award the prize.
Economic tariff flight tickets earned must be booked until 31.03.2023 (except public holidays). Other booking information will be sent to the winners via email. The participant guarantees that the personal information provided by him, in particular his first name, last name and email address, is real and accurate.
The prize will only be awarded to the winners. It is not possible for the prize to be exchanged or paid in cash.
7. End of competition
Corendon Airlines reserves the right to cancel the competition and change the terms and price of the competition.
Participants declare, accept and undertake in advance that they will not make any objections to this issue.

1. Veranstalter
Venanstalter des Gewinnspiels ist Corendon Airlines (Instagram: @corendonairlines), Geschäfsitz: Güzeloluk Mah. 1879 Sok. No:148 07200 ANTALYA / TURKEI. Corendon Airlines veranstaltet vom 06.06. bis 31.08.2022 (23:59 Uhr) ein Gewinnspiel auf Instagram.
Das Gewinnspiel steht in keiner Verbindung zu Facebook oder Instagram und wird nicht von Facebook oder Instagram gesponsert oder unterstützt.
2. Teilnahmeberechtigung
Alle Personen über 18 Jahre, die registrierte Nutzer des sozialen Netzwerks Instagram mit einem echten Benutzerkonto sind, können am Gewinnspiel teilnehmen.
Mitarbeiter der Corendon Airlines und des Albrecht Dürer Airport Nürnberg, sowie beteiligte Agenturen und deren Familienangehörige sind von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen.
Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel beinhaltet im Gewinnfall das Einverständnis zur Nennung des Vornamens, Nachnamens, Nicknamens und zur Veröffentlichung des Selfie-Fotos in den Social Media Kanälen von Corendon Airlines/Albrecht Dürer Airport Nürnberg in oder ggf. in einer Pressemittelung der Corendon Airlines/des Albrecht Dürer Airport Nürnberg.
Es können nur Nutzer mit öffentlichen Instagram-Profilen am Gewinnspiel teilnehmen.
Corendon Airlines behält sich vor, einzelne Teilnehmer aus wichtigem Grund von dem Gewinnspiel auszuschließen. Ein wichtiger Grund liegt insbesondere vor bei versuchter Täuschung, Manipulation oder Störung des Gewinnspiels.
Wenn der Teilnehmer Fotos hochlädt, garantiert er, dass er keine Inhalte übersenden wird, deren Bereitstellung, Veröffentlichung oder Nutzung gegen geltendes Recht oder Rechte Dritter verstoßen.
3. Teilnahme
Gewinnen kann jeder Teilnehmer, der dem offiziellen @corendonairlines - Konto folgt ein Foto von sich vor dem Graffiti im Albrecht Dürer Airport Nürnberg mit dem Hashtag „#fromNUEtothesun“ hochlädt und das @corendonairlines-Instagramkonto verlinkt
Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist kostenlos.
4. Gewinn
Drei Gewinner erhalten ein „Hin- und Rückflugticket (Eco-Tarif) für 2 Personen", ab Albrecht Dürer Airport Nürnberg zu einem verfügbaren Wunschziel der Corendon Airlines. Der Gewinn beinhaltet nur die Flugtickets. Mit der Inanspruchnahme des Gewinns verbundene Zusatzkosten wie Transport und Visum sowie innerstädtische Transfers, Stadtsteuern, Reiseversicherungskosten und Abfluggebühren gehen zu Lasten des Gewinners.
5. Gewinnermittlung
Die drei Gewinner werden per Losverfahren aus allen Teilnehmenden im Sinne der unter Punkt 2. und 3. aufgeführten Teilnahmebedingungen ermittelt. Die Gewinnermittlung erfolgt innerhalb von drei Werktagen nach Teilnahmeschluss.
6. Gewinnbenachrichtigung und Gewinnauszahlung
Es wird im Juni 2022, im Juli 2022 und im August 2022 jeweils ein Gewinner gezogen. Die Gewinner werden monatlich bis zur Mitte des darauffolgenden Monats gezogen.
Der Gewinner wird per direct message (DM) über den Gewinn informiert. Es müssen dann die vollständigen Kontaktdaten (Vor- und Nachname, E-Mailadresse) an Corendon Airlines auf demselben Weg übermittelt werden. Wenn dies nicht innerhalb von drei Tagen geschieht, behält sich Corendon Airlines vor, einen neuen Gewinner auszuwählen und den Gewinn neu zu vergeben.
Die gewonnen Eco-Flugtickets müssen bis zum 31.03.2023 (ausgenommen Feiertage) gebucht werden. Weitere Informationen zur Buchung werden per E-Mail an die Gewinner gesendet.
Der Teilnehmer versichert, dass die von ihm gemachten Angaben zur Person, insbesondere Vor-, Nachname und E-Mail-Adresse wahrheitsgemäß und richtig sind.
Die Aushändigung des Gewinns erfolgt ausschließlich an den Gewinner. Ein Umtausch sowie eine Barauszahlung des Gewinns ist nicht möglich.
7. Beendigung des Gewinnspiels
Corendon Airlines behält sich das Recht vor, das Gewinnspiel abzusagen sowie die Bedingungen und den Preis des Gewinnspiels zu ändern. Die Teilnehmer erklären, akzeptieren und verpflichten sich im Voraus, keine Einwände gegen diese Angelegenheit zu haben.
