Corendon, one of the most important tourism organizations in Turkey, unites world famous Turkish star Karsu with her fans in Turkey. Thanks to sponsor Corenden Turkish star Karsu visits to Turkey for concerts in Ankara, Bursa, Izmir and Antalya to enchant admirers with her voice.
Karsu, who has received standing applause on the most important stages in de world such as Carnegie Hall in New York and at the North Sea Jazz Festival and who was the first Turkish artist to receive the prestigious Dutch Jazz Edison award, will visit Turkey once more. With the sponsorship of Corendon Tourism Group this world famous start will meet her fans again in Ankara, Bursa, Izmir and Antalya during a series of concerts. Karsu performed in Antalya for the first time during the introduction of Corendon Airlines flight security film, “737 Room of Journey”, in which she has played a small role and for which she has composed the music. Karsu’s Turkey tour will start on March 22nd in Ankara and will end on April 5th with a last concert in Antalya.
With her albums Live aan ‘t IJ (2010), Confession (2012) ve Colors (2015) Karsu has received much acclaim in Europe and Turkey. During the concerts with her team of musicians jazz, blues, pop, funk and Turkish music is woven into Karsu’s own specific musical world. Especialy for her Turkish tour Karsu will adjust her songs with a classic touch and she will rearrange the strings.
