Thank you for agreeing to join our Disguised Passenger Program during your recent call with our Service Center.

To proceed, please review and approve the privacy documents linked below. This ensures your feedback remains confidential and is used solely to improve our services.

Once approved;

- To benefit from the Disguised Passenger Program, you must have an active Corendon Airlines membership.

- A €25 voucher will be added to your account 3 days before your flight. (At this stage, you must not have completed the online check-in process.)

- We will send you the link to the disguised passenger survey, which contains the audit items, 3 days before your flight.

- We will notify you by email when the €25 voucher is added to your account and when the disguised passenger survey is shared. Therefore, please make sure that the email address you provide below is correct.

- The remaining €25 will be added to your account 1 week after your flight, provided you complete our survey within this period. You will be notified via e-mail. We kindly ask you to share your feedback clearly and openly.

- Within the scope of the Disguised Passenger Program, no real or legal person may make any claim beyond the provisions written here. The right to make decisions in disputed matters rests entirely with Corendon Airlines.

- Corendon Airlines reserves the right to suspend, expand, and/or modify this program at any time without giving a reason.

- If the passenger cancels their reservation, any issued vouchers will also be canceled.
