What is a Promo Ticket?
Promo ticket is a special ticket type issued by Corendon Airlines only for fixed price campaigns and will be offered for sale in limited numbers during the campaign periods. In the PROMO ticket type, only handbags/personal items (max. 40x30x15 dimensions and can be placed under the seat) are free of charge.
All other services (seat selection, cabin baggage, registered baggage, etc.) are charged additionally. Free online check-in is available, subject to availability at the departure airport.
Passengers who choose a PROMO ticket can purchase 1 piece of cabin baggage (8kg, max. 55x40x25) and additional checked baggage at the "Services" step during the reservation or on our "Additional Services" page, where you can enter with your PNR number after the reservation is completed.
For cancellations/refunds to be made upon change or passenger request, the ticket will be deemed invalid regardless of the remaining time to the flight. (For more information about PROMO rules, please click)

On which dates is the campaign €1+ taxes valid?
The campaign price will be available for reservations on the website between 00:00 on Friday, October 1st, 2021 and 23:59 on Friday, October 8th, 2021.
The dates you can choose a flight within the scope of the campaign are; From the 1st of November 2021 to 31st of March 2022.
You can make reservations for destinations where PROMO ticket type is available for sale on flights between these dates. Please note that PROMO tickets are limited in number.

What are the fees included in the campaign price?
The campaign price is €1 + taxes per person. (Fees and similar costs per passenger by the airport and public authorities are included in the scope of “taxes”). A “service fee” is not charged for PROMO ticket type.

The flight which I booked with my campaign ticket has been cancelled, is my ticket invalid?
In case of flight cancellations made by Corendon Airlines or if the passenger who purchased the campaign ticket states that he or she will not be able to fly due to a positive Covid test result, the campaign ticket is upgraded from PROMO to ECO ticket type. (Please click for Open Ticket rules)

1. Offer valid only for PROMO ticket types based on and purchased on "www.corendonairlines.com".
2. Booking Dates: Offer starts on Friday 1st October 2021 at 00:00 (GMT+3) and ends on Friday 8th October 2021 at 23:59 (GMT+3).
3. Flight dates: The promotional price applies to all destinations whose flights are scheduled between 1st November 2021 and 31st March 2022 and where the PROMO ticket type is open for sale.
4. Special price: 1 Euro + Taxes per person. (Fees and similar charges levied per passenger by the airport and authorities are included in the "Taxes" scope.) A "Service Fee" is not charged for the PROMO ticket type.
5. Additional services added to the ticket price (seat selection, additional luggage, etc.) will be charged separately.
6. The promotional price is valid for a total of 50,000 seats for which the promo ticket is open for sale.
7. The campaign price applies to both children and adult passengers who choose the PROMO ticket type. The child discount is not applied to the promotional price. (The ticket price for infants is fixed and amounts to a total of €20 including taxes.)
8. 1st October - 8th October promotion 1 Euro + Taxes; Not combinable with other discounts, coupons or promotions. (In addition to the campaign price, there is an additional 10% discount on the return ticket.)
9. CHANGE for tickets with promotion: For tickets purchased as part of the offer, the change rules of the promotion ticket type apply and the ticket with the promotion is considered invalid for the changes requested by the passenger. (Please click for PROMO rules)
10. CANCELLATION / REFUND for promotional tickets: The cancellation / refund rules of the promo ticket type apply to tickets purchased as part of the promotion. In the case of a reservation cancellation requested by the passenger, the promotion ticket is considered invalid. (Please click for PROMO rules)
11. Promotional Ticket: In the case of flight cancellations by Corendon Airlines or if the passenger who purchased the promotional ticket indicates that they are unable to fly due to a positive Covid test result, the promotional ticket will be upgraded from PROMO to ECO ticket type and will be suspended. 12. Corendon Airlines reserves the right to unilaterally suspend, extend and/or modify this promotion at any time.
13. No real or legal person can make claims apart from the provisions written here within the scope of the campaign. The right to make decisions in controversial issues is fully entitled to Corendon Airlines.
