Corendon Airlines make it our priority to ensure you have a seamless journey. However, should you have cause to complain about an issue with your flight or tracking lost or damaged baggage please rest assured that our relevant departments will be happy to assist you.

If it is a request or a complaint, we would ask you to register below. Once registered you will need to add your request into our system, you will then be able to check the status of your request.

Here you can file a complaint for the following irregularities: Damaged or lost baggage, delays, flight time changes, flight cancellations by Corendon Airlines and denied boarding against your will.

Please note that requests for credit refunds for canceled flights are made via the Customer Contact Form.
