Check-in

Check-in is the process you must complete in order to make your way through security and board your flight. This can be done either at the airport or more conveniently on line. In order to complete the check in process you will need a valid booking reference and valid passport. Should you choose Online Check-in you will also need to utilise our bag drop desks.

You can only check in and travel if you are the named passenger on the ticket providing a valid passport which we will use to check ID. Our tickets are non-transferable.

You must be at the boarding gate at least 25 minutes before the departure time. Your boarding gate will be announced via the departure information screens. Please keep in mind the amount of time it may take you to walk to the boarding gate depending on the airport you are departing from.

Yes, you can check-in your child if it is booked under the same reservation number (PNR).

Passengers that have booked through a tour operator and who do not have a Corendon Airlines PNR can log into our system with the tour operator's reservation number.

Corendon Airlines check in desks open two and a half hours before your scheduled departure time and closes 60 minutes before. All passengers must provide a valid passport at check-in on all flights.

Once you arrive at the airport the departure monitors will let you know which desk you need to check in at.

Once you reach the desk you will be required to present a valid passport. If you have hold baggage this will be taken from you at the check in desk and weighed to ensure you are within your booked baggage allowance(please check your booking to confirm your allowance). Once your passport has been checked and your baggage weight verified you will be issued a boarding pass. Once you complete security please follow the information displayed on the airport departure screens. This is where your gate number will be displayed. Please note you must have a boarding pass in order to pass through security and board your flight.

If your ticket fare is Eco tariff and you don’t check-in online, you may need to pay for check-in at the airport.

Online check in is available depending on the airport and is free for all ticket types. If you don’t check-in online, you may need to pay for check-in at the airport. At the airports where online check-in is not available, airport check-in is free of charge. (Airports with Online Check-in available)

Corendon Airlines check in desks close 60 minutes before your scheduled time of departure.

You can complete Online Check-in via the Corendon Airlines website.

Online Check-in service is available to all passengers with the exception of passengers requiring special assistance and children who are travelling alone as an unaccompanied minor between the ages of 6 and 12 years of age.

Checking in online means you have the convenience of not queueing at the airport to check in. Bag drop is quick and efficient and if you have no luggage and you have either printed your boarding pass or downloaded it to your phone you are able to go directly through security to the departure lounge.

You are not required to have a copy of your e-ticket printed however, it is advisable to have this saved in your smartphone or electronic device in case of any issues.

An online check-in cannot be cancelled.

If a seat reservation has not been made, the system automatically assigns the seats during online check-in. Incorrect data (e.g. passport data) can be corrected at the check-in counter and automatically assigned seats can be changed according to availability.

If you are late for your flight or wish to cancel after you have completed Online Check-in please contact our call centre.

Please note regardless of your ticket fare type flights are non-refundable 48 hrs before departure.

If you have checked in online and have not printed your boarding pass our Check-in staff will be happy to print this for you.

If you have luggage to go into the hold of the aircraft you will need to drop these at the bag drop desk open for your flight.

Our check in desks close 60 minutes before your scheduled departure time and all of your check in processes must be completed by this time. We recommend leaving sufficient time to ensure this is completed.

Bag drop desks are available at the airport.

Yes, if you have completed Online Check-in and have either printed your boarding pass or downloaded this to either your smartphone or electronic device and you have no hold luggage then you can pass through security and make your way to the departure lounge and boarding gate.

Online check-in opens 72 hours before the scheduled departure time up to 5 hours before departure.
