General
Can tickets be purchased on behalf of someone else?
Yes, you can purchase a ticket on behalf of someone else.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Our tickets are non-transferable. Should you be unable to travel please contact our call centre. Depending on the ticket fare purchased you may be entitled to make changes to your booking or receive a partial refund depending on the date of departure.
Are there any additional costs or is everything included in the ticket price?
Our ticket prices include all costs and fees for all services that are included in the selected ticket class.
What are the cancellation and change conditions for the ticket type I have purchased?
Open ticket
I have a Classic Open Ticket, in order to get a free change what date do I need to book for my new flight?
If you want to change your Classic Open Ticket once you have a confirmed flight, the newly chosen date must be 7 days prior or 7 days after the original flight to avoid any price differences. Outside this free date range, change rules of the original ticket type (Eco, Flex, Premium) will apply and if there is a price difference between the two tickets then it will be charged. You can only make changes to your original fare type.

Is my open ticket refunded in case of cancellation?
If you need to cancel your Classic Open Ticket, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price and additional services (if purchased). The ticket must be cancelled within a year of the open ticket creation in order to receive a refund.

Are any additional services (i.e. extra baggage, seat selection, sports equipment, pet in cabin) that have been paid refunded in case of cancellation of an open ticket?
If you have a Classic Open Ticket, which means your flight has been canceled by Corendon Airlines and your reservation has been converted to a Classic Open Ticket, and you want to cancel it; then your additional services you’ve purchased will be 100% refunded.

How can I change/cancel my open ticket?
If you want to reissue your open ticket to another flight or cancel your open ticket, we ask that you manage your booking via our website.

Change/Refund
How can I change my ticket?
You can change your ticket on our website or you can get support from our call center.
In order to change/cancel your ticket, please first make sure that you’re logged in to our website.
How do you calculate the rebooking fees or the cancellation fees?
Reservations are considered to be complete after payment. No refund will be made if the passenger fails to attend the flight. Cancellations and changes to your ticket after booking will be charged on top of the net ticket fee in accordance with the following rules.
In case of cancellation, refunds will be made on the net ticket fee and neither the service fee nor the fuel surcharge will be refunded.
In case the ticketed passenger does not attend the flight (evaluated as a no-show), only the airport taxes collected from the passenger during the reservation are refunded, valid for reservations made after 20.02.2020. The service fee and fuel surcharge are not considered within the scope of this tax refund and will not be refunded. This rule does not apply to passengers whose ticketing is made through a tour operator.
If the purchased ticket is cancelled by the passenger within 24 hours, the fuel surcharge will be refunded only via the website or mobile application for all fare types. The fuel surcharge will not be refunded for cancellations made through the Call Centre.
I purchased my ticket without logging in. How can i add my ticket to my account?
To do this you need to follow the steps for "Retrieve reservation":
1- Go to "My Account" page
2- Click on the "My Bookings" tab on the left menu
3- Click on "Retrieve reservations" and then enter your PNR number and surname.
My flight has been canceled, where can I apply for a new ticket?
In case of flight cancellations, you can change your ticket on our website or contact our call center.

How can I make the payment?
You can make your payment with VISA, MasterCard, Sofort Überweisung and IDEAL via our website.
Only VISA or MasterCard is accepted for telephone bookings.
Card transactions will be debited directly.
My flight was changed. Am I entitled to a full refund?
If Corendon Airlines has changed your flight number, you can cancel your ticket free of charge. The cancellation must be made before the check-in counter opens.
Promo ticket
What is a Promo Ticket?
Promo ticket is a special ticket type issued by Corendon Airlines only for fixed price campaigns and will be offered for sale in limited numbers during the campaign periods. In the PROMO ticket type, only handbags/personal items (max. 40x30x15 dimensions and can be placed under the seat) are free of charge.
All other services (seat selection, cabin baggage, registered baggage, etc.) are charged additionally. Free online check-in is available, subject to availability at the departure airport.
Passengers who choose a PROMO ticket can purchase 1 piece of cabin baggage (8kg, max. 55x40x25) and additional checked baggage at the "Services" step during the reservation or on our "Additional Services" page, where you can enter with your PNR number after the reservation is completed.
For cancellations/refunds to be made upon change or passenger request, the ticket will be deemed invalid regardless of the remaining time to the flight. (For more information about PROMO rules, please click)
How much do I pay if I want to change my campaign ticket?
For tickets purchased within the scope of the campaign, the change rules of the promo ticket type are valid and the campaign ticket is deemed invalid in the changes requested by the passenger. (Please click for PROMO rules)
How much do I pay if I want to cancel my campaign ticket?
Cancellation/refund rules of Promo ticket type are valid for tickets purchased within the scope of the campaign. In case of reservation cancellations requested by the passenger, the campaign ticket is deemed invalid. (Please click for PROMO rules)
The flight which I booked with my campaign ticket has been cancelled, is my ticket invalid?
In case of flight cancellations made by Corendon Airlines or if the passenger who purchased the campaign ticket states that he or she will not be able to fly due to a positive Covid test result, the campaign ticket is upgraded from PROMO to ECO ticket type. (Please click for Open Ticket rules)
What is included in the promo ticket?

I have a promo ticket, can I buy additional baggage?

Ticket Safe
What is the Ticket Safe option?
The Ticket Safe option is an additional service we offer to our passengers to be able to change their reservation up to 48 hours before the flight.
Changes can be made to date or destination. If the price of the new reservation is higher than the original one, the difference will be charged to the passenger, plus fees and taxes.
What is the price of Ticket Safe option and when can I add it to my reservation?
Ticket Safe option can be added during reservation only by paying 10 EUR per passenger/one way. The option is visible for all flights starting 72 hours after the reservation day.
What ticket types is Ticket Safe valid for?
The Ticket Safe option is for valid for Flex tickets only. Premium Ticket includes the right to change the reservation up to 48 hours before the flight.
Is the Ticket Safe option refundable?
No, the service is non-refundable when the passenger cancels the reservation. If Corendon Airlines cancels the flight and the Ticket Safe option has not been used by the passenger they will be refunded.
Open Flex
What is the Open Flex?
Open Flex is the option that gives you the right to change your open ticket through our website without any extra charge until June 15, 2023. Your open ticket needs to be between November 2022 – March 2023.
Which flights are in the scope of the Open Flex?
Open Flex is valid for the open tickets between November 2022 and March 2023.
What is the deadline to take advantage of the Open Flex option?
You can use your Open Ticket for any flight in the same country with your open ticket until June 15, 2023 without any price difference.
Is it possible to change your flight after June 15, 2023?
If you wish to use your reservation for a flight after 15 June 2023, the change rules for the original ticket type (ECO, FLEX, PREMIUM) will apply and you will be charged if there is a price difference between the two tickets.
Which destinations are included to the Open Flex option?
The flight change via Open Flex must be among different destinations of the same country.
