When purchasing my ticket what methods of payment do you accept?
You can make your payment with VISA, MasterCard, Sofort Überweisung and IDEAL via our website.
Can tickets be purchased on behalf of someone else?
Yes, you can purchase a ticket on behalf of someone else.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Our tickets are non-transferable. Should you be unable to travel please contact our call centre. Depending on the ticket fare purchased you may be entitled to make changes to your booking or receive a partial refund depending on the date of departure.
Are there any additional costs or is everything included in the ticket price?
Our ticket prices include all costs and fees for all services that are included in the selected ticket class.
How do you calculate the rebooking fees or the cancellation fees?
All rebooking fees and cancellation fees will be calculated from the flight price without taxes and service charge.
For rebooking: the price difference is added to the rebooking fee if the new ticket price is higher than the current ticket price.
If the ticket price is lower, it will not be deducted from the rebooking fee.
Service charge is non-refundable.
How can I make the payment?
