Baggage operations

General

Wear your mask when taking a taxi, train, or bus to or from the airport before or after your flight and for the duration of your time at the airport. In order to experience a more contact-free flight bring with you only the essential items you will need for you trip.

The Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test is known as the most accurate diagnostic test with a high sensitivity of indicating whether the virus is present in a person’s body. When entering some countries, it has become mandatory for passengers to have a negative test within a designated time frame set out by the specific country to be able to travel.

Before flight

All planned cancellations have been processed, if there are any further flight time changes/cancellations you will be notified by e-mail and SMS. You can also check the Flight Status page for up-to-date information about your flight.

Boarding

At airports that offer Online Check-in service we now have exit gates to allow fast and contact free boarding.

Boarding is now done in small groups to maintain social distance.

Currently, wearing a mask is not mandatory.

During the flight

Corendon Airlines will ensure each aircraft is given an intensive disinfection and a more detailed cleaning of the aircraft before each flight.

We are providing further and ongoing training for our team in hygiene regulations.

We will provide additional hygiene products such as disinfectants and cleaning wipes on the aircraft. All aircrafts will be disinfected before boarding.

Corendon Airlines deliver meal and beverage services however, with the pandemic these services have slightly changed in line with the ever-developing health measures for in-flight services.

To maintain a more contact-free flight experience, all unnecessary printed products will be removed from the seat pockets, and Corendon in-flight magazine will not be printed for a short period of time.
