Developments on Covid-19 Outbreak

We Start Flying!

As of 27 June, as Corendon Airlines, we will meet again with our valued guests in the sky. We welcome summer as we gradually expand our flight network and increase the number of flights!

Dear guests,

All flights departing from, or arriving to Germany, Switzerland and Austria have been cancelled until 14/06/2020 (including 14 June) in accordance with restrictions imposed on international air transport under the Covid-19 measures.

Dear guests,

Due to the restrictions on international air transportation in line with the Kovid-19 measures, all of our operations we have carried out as Corendon Airlines have been stopped until 28 May 2020 (including 28th of May). We will be passing through these difficult times together and meet again in the sky as soon as possible.

Dear passengers,

As is well known, the Covid-19 virus has caused an epidemia around the world and restrictions have been imposed on civil air transport and many countries have halted international air transport .  In this context and in accordance with the measures taken and the decisions to stop flights,  we have decided to discontinue all our flight operations with our brand names Corendon Airlines (CAI) and Corendon Airlines Europe (CXI) from 24 March 2020  until 30  April  2020 (included). All flights that were scheduled until this date have been cancelled.

In accordance with the guidelines of the General Directorate of Civil Aviation, you may change your ticket for the cancelled flight, or suspend your ticket due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Until 27 March 2021 you can have your current ticket changed to a different flight date and destination. Before contacting us, please keep your PNR number at hand and choose a new date as well as a destination.  If the price of the modified flight ticket is higher than the original ticket, the price difference will be charged. Furthermore, the seat-availability on the aircraft is looked at. You can use your right to change at any time and book a flight that will be executed before March 27, 2021.  The return of the travel sum of a suspended, unused flight ticket will take place within 2 months, following the date on which the General Directorate of Civil Aviation announces that the fly ban has been lifted.

We ask for your understanding and we wish you a healthy day.

Best regards

Corendon Airlines
